Why can plastics produce oil to waste plastics and refinery equipment?
Why can refinery equipment produce oil? How is the waste plastic refined? This is the first time I heard about the problems that refinery equipment customers need to know. Plastics are actually made from small molecules in petroleum. Plastic oil refining is to decompose these polymers into plastics by pyrolysis of petroleum refining equipment at high temperature, and then to reduce them to fuel oil. The whole process is to load waste plastics into the cracking reactor of petroleum refining equipment and heat the waste plastics in the furnace. After pyrolysis into oil and gas, the residue is filtered through a sediment chamber, and then condensed into fuel oil by a condenser, and the non-liquefiable waste gas is used as heating fuel through a waste gas recovery unit. The whole process of refining equipment is safe and environmental friendly without any pollution. It is an effective equipment to recycle waste plastics.
